Day & Night Services LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is an independent life insurance brokerage operated by Greg Jimenez, a licensed California life insurance broker (CA Life License #4423937, NPN 21428854), based in Salinas, California. This policy explains what information we collect through dayandnightsservices.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly when you submit a consultation request or otherwise contact us:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- Your age, and the insurance or retirement products you are interested in
- Any message or details you choose to include
- Whether you consented to receive text messages, and the date and time of that consent
We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as your IP address and browser type, through standard web analytics.
How we use your information
- To contact you about the consultation you requested
- To prepare and present insurance or retirement product options suited to your situation
- To submit applications to insurance carriers on your behalf, with your authorization
- To send you follow-up communications you have agreed to receive
- To meet our legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations as a licensed broker
SMS / Text messaging
By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our contact form, you agree that Day & Night Services LLC may call or text you at the number provided — including through automated technology, and including recurring automated text messages — about your consultation request, appointments, application status, and the insurance products or services you asked about.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at greg@dayandnightsservices.com or 831-262-6374. We honor opt-out requests made by any reasonable method, and we suppress further messages immediately upon receiving one.
We do not share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your SMS consent is not sold, rented, or shared with any third party for their own marketing.
SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to agree to receive text messages in order to request a consultation, receive a quote, or buy any product from us. If you do not opt in, we will contact you by phone or email instead.
Text messaging consent is not shared with third parties, including for the purpose of lead generation or resale.
How we share information
We share your information only as needed to provide the services you requested:
- Insurance carriers and underwriters — when you ask us to obtain quotes or submit an application on your behalf
- Service providers — such as our form processing, email, and customer relationship management tools, which act on our instructions
- Legal and regulatory authorities — where required by law, regulation, subpoena, or to comply with our obligations as a licensed broker
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Data retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and to satisfy the recordkeeping requirements that apply to licensed insurance producers in California. Records of SMS consent and opt-out requests are retained for the period required by applicable law.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you additional rights, including the right to know what personal information we collect and to request its deletion, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We take reasonable measures to protect the information you provide. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
